Victoria Cottage

Victoria Cottage sits in the centre of Beer, a short walk from the beach and a pub just 300 metres away. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits families or a group of friends looking for a practical coastal base with useful amenities close to hand.

The ground floor has a lounge with a bay window and window seat, a wood burner for cooler evenings, and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen and dining room at the rear is fitted with a range double oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with a large dining table for the whole group. Two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, occupy the first floor alongside the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. The third bedroom, a twin, is in the eaves on the second floor; low, sloping ceilings and restricted head height make it unsuitable for taller adults. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children.

Outside, a terraced garden spreads across three levels. The lower level holds an enclosed patio with a bistro set. Shared steps rise to a decked terrace with a table and chairs for six, and a fully enclosed lawn above that. A BBQ, secure bike storage and outdoor equipment storage complete the outdoor space. Private parking is on site, and an EV charger is available for a weekly charge; bring your own cable.

No dogs are permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The shop and beach are around 500 metres from the cottage, making it easy to arrive with supplies or head straight to the water.
