Parking is included for two cars: one space in a lockable garage (suitable for small cars only) and one outside space. The access lane is narrow, so drivers should take care on arrival.

The main living space on the first floor is open-plan, combining lounge, dining and kitchen areas under double-aspect windows, with glass doors opening onto a south-facing balcony that looks out over the village towards the sea. The kitchen runs to an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, while a separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge and ironing facilities. A separate WC sits on this floor too.

Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in power shower and WC. The twin room next door can be made up as a king-size on request, and it shares the large family bathroom, which has a roll-top bath, walk-in power shower and WC. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a well-stocked toy box. All three bedrooms have televisions, and the lounge has a Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii U and an extensive library of games, books and DVDs.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available, making the apartment practical for families with young children. Two dogs are welcome, though they must not be left unattended in the property and additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
