Devona

Devona is a single-storey bungalow set in its own grounds in the village of Beer, gazing out over the church, the rooftops of the village and the sea beyond. Bi-fold doors open the living space onto the terrace, and the kitchen has marble worktops and a sociable layout for cooking and gathering.

A separate utility room keeps everyday tasks out of sight, and the living area has comfortable seating and a wall-mounted Smart TV, opening onto the terrace and its coastal view. Devona sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, a king-size and two doubles, two of which share the same sea views.

A bathroom with a shower over the bath serves the bedrooms, along with an additional cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

The enclosed, walled garden is landscaped across several levels, with a terrace, lawns, a boules area and a barbecue on the decking. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, a highchair and cot are available, and no pets are allowed. There's a minimum stay of three nights, with check-in and check-out possible on any day of the week.
