Craft Cottage

Craft Cottage is a three-storey Grade II listed town house in the heart of Beer, with its front door opening directly onto the village square. Exposed wooden beams and a large stone fireplace run through the ground-floor sitting room, which has a dining area and a deep leather sofa for family time. The house sleeps 6 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first floor holds a king-size double with a sofa and TV of its own, and the second floor has a further king-size double, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and basin, and a single bedroom. A main bathroom has a bath and shower, and separate WCs sit on the ground and first floors.

The kitchen and utility room are compact, and appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with four TVs, DVD and WiFi through the house. Gas central heating runs off the sitting room's gas fire. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests.

Outside, an enclosed patio and small lawned area have furniture, and a footpath leads up to a summerhouse. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Off-road parking for 1 car is available 200 yards from the cottage, with further parking and EV charging in the central village car park a short walk away. The patio and garden are steep and tiered with steps between each area, so children need supervising, and the shop, pub and beach are all within 5 minutes' walk. Smoking is not permitted.
