Sitting above the heart of Beer, this three-bedroom apartment accommodates up to six guests across a king-size, a double and a twin bedroom, all on the upper floor beneath low, sloping ceilings. Art Deco-style doors open into a light lounge with a dining area, and French doors lead directly onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs overlooking the streets that run down towards the sea. Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer. A shower room with rainfall and handheld fittings and a heated towel rail sits on the first floor alongside a separate WC. Two televisions are provided throughout.

Parking is by permit for one car at the village car park, roughly a two-minute walk away. A second weekly ticket can be bought at the car park for £25, valid across Beer and other East Devon District Council car parks. No dogs are permitted.

The shingle beach, a pub and a shop are all around 400 metres from the apartment. The South West Coast Path follows the chalk cliff line from the village towards Seaton, 1.5 miles along the coast, where the Seaton Tramway runs inland through the River Axe wetlands to the market town of Colyton.
