Beer View

A three-bedroom cottage in Beer, sleeping six across two double rooms and a twin, with one bathroom and a separate ground-floor WC. All bedrooms are upstairs, reached by multiple flights of stairs, so the layout is worth factoring in when booking. One dog is welcome, and an electronic parking permit for one car in the main Beer car park is included; send your registration details before arrival.

The ground floor opens into a sitting and dining room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV with Chromecast, arranged around a dining table large enough for the full group. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, with a separate WC tucked into the corner. Up the first flight of stairs the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. A step further leads to the rear double, then a twin with views over the village, and at the front a second double with storage space.

Outside, an enclosed front patio has flower beds, garden furniture and a BBQ, alongside a small lawned area with a sandpit. A secure shed provides additional storage. Beach towels are not supplied, so bring your own.

The beach, a pub and a shop are all within half a mile, and the car park covered by the permit is under a quarter of a mile away. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children.
