Valley View Farm Annexe

Valley View Farm Annexe is a single-level property adjoined to the owner's house in the village of Uplyme, close to the Devon and Dorset border. Beams and a wood-burning stove give the combined living, dining and bedroom area its character, with a first basket of logs provided for arrival.

The annexe sleeps 2 in a super king-size bed that can also be made up as twin singles, and it has a separate kitchen. Two steps lead down to the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and WC; the annexe is on one level overall, but there are a few steps within it worth knowing about beforehand.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a combination microwave/oven with a separate 2-ring ceramic hob, and oil-fired central heating and WiFi cover the annexe throughout. Outside, a patio area at the front sits beneath a magnolia tree, and the garden is shared with the owner's own property, furnished for sitting out.

Off-road parking is provided at the property, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request ahead of your stay. Guests are asked to contact the owner at least 14 days before arrival to confirm the bed configuration. Valley View Farm Annexe does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout.
