Le Petit Glen

Le Petit Glen is a recently completed, single-storey annexe set along a private lane in Uplyme, with a gated entrance, tall fencing and its own off-road parking space fitted with sensor lighting. The open-plan living area brings together the kitchen, dining and sitting space through soft-closing sliding doors, with a sliding glass door onto the terrace, and the whole property sits on one level.

The king-size bedroom has a blackout blind and a Velux window with wall-mounted controls, along with good storage, a built-in dressing table and a full-length mirror. It is served by a contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, reached through a space-saving sliding door off the kitchen.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, with under-cupboard lighting and dimmable ceiling lights through the living area, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, the enclosed terrace has a bistro table, chairs and ambient lighting for evenings in.

A riverside path following the River Lym runs close by, giving a roughly 25 minute walk into Lyme Regis for its sandy beach, the Cobb and the town's cafés and restaurants. Le Petit Glen does not take children or pets, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are both 0.2 miles away, with the river 0.1 mile and the beach 1.3 miles off.
