Valley Escape - Sunny Lyn

Valley Escape sits within a holiday park beside the West Lyn River, surrounded by ancient woodland and close to Exmoor. The location gives easy access to Lynton and its clifftop setting, with the famous Cliff Railway connecting the two villages. Lynmouth's harbour lies just over a mile away, whilst the dramatic Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet gorge and Woolacombe beach are all within reasonable driving distance for day trips.

The single-level lodge sleeps four across a double and a twin bedroom. A shower room with WC serves both rooms. The open-plan living area combines lounge and dining space, with a Smart TV and ample seating. The modern kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, making self-catering straightforward.

Outside, a covered veranda with outdoor furniture and a private decked area provide peaceful spots to relax. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, the setting offers a real sense of escape. A shared laundrette operates on site for £6 per use, with on-site facilities also including a shop, café and tumble dryer. The pub and shop are less than half a mile away, and a beach lies approximately one mile off.

Private parking accommodates one car. Two EV chargers are available on site, payable by app. Up to three dogs are welcome; additional charges may apply. Arrival from 15:00, departure before 10:00. Towels are included. Internet access is available.
