River Lodge

River Lodge is a two-bedroom lodge-style property in the hamlet of Lynbridge within the Exmoor National Park, sleeping four guests. Wooden panelling lines the interior and skylights draw natural light into the open-plan ground floor, which holds a mini breakfast bar, a dining area large enough for all four guests, and a lounge with a Smart TV and coal-effect electric fire. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer and washing machine, and a welcome pack is included on arrival.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, one double and one twin, served by a single shower room with WC. The shower cubicle has a head height of 1.9 m. One private parking space is provided on site, and guests also have access to on-site tumble dryer facilities, a shop and a cafe, which are practical additions for longer stays or unsettled weather.

A covered veranda and picnic bench overlook the river, making outdoor eating straightforward when conditions allow. Trout fishing is possible directly from the property's outdoor space, though an annual rod licence is required. The garden is enclosed.

Lynton is roughly 1.3 miles away and Lynmouth around 0.7 miles, with a pub and shop within half a mile. One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 17:00 and departure is by 10:00.
