River View - Sunny Lyn

River View is a ground-floor apartment within Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, set among woodland on the banks of the West Lyn River on the coastal edge of Exmoor National Park. Sleeping four across a double and a twin bedroom, it suits couples or small families looking for a comfortable base with easy access to the surrounding countryside and coast. A family bathroom with shower over the bath serves both rooms.

The open-plan living area is light-filled, with a lounge and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table by the window makes a practical spot for meals and planning the day ahead. A TV and DVD player are available in the living space for quieter evenings in.

Outside, an enclosed terrace with outdoor seating is well suited to morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests can also use the park's shared grounds along the river. On site there is a shop, café and a shared laundrette charged at £6 per use. Private parking for one car is included, and electric vehicle charging is available on site.

The village of Lynmouth is about a mile away, with waterside pubs, cafés and access to the South West Coast Path. Lynton sits further up the cliff and is best reached via the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway. Watersmeet and the Valley of Rocks are both within a couple of miles. Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges that may apply. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
