A shared hallway leads to the apartment, with access available by stairs or a lift.

The kitchen and dining area features a beamed ceiling, Shaker-style cabinets and a full range of appliances including an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have uninterrupted coastal views: one has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC, the other a twin arrangement (convertible to super-king on request) served by a separate shower room with WC. Stairs from the first floor lead to the top-floor lounge, which has sloping beamed ceilings and comfortable seating. Low beams run throughout the lounge, including a central beam, so taller guests should take note.

The king-size bedroom opens through glazed double doors onto a private balcony with a table and chairs, positioned to face the sea. Shared gardens and shared private parking (not specifically allocated) are available on site. Beach towels are not provided and should be brought from home. Dogs are not accepted.

Lynton village is around 200 metres away, with shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants all within easy reach, along with the Victorian cliff railway connecting the village to Lynmouth at the foot of the cliffs.
