Upper Marcam House is a three-storey apartment on Church Street in Salcombe, with superb views of the estuary. The second floor holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with two large sofas, a TV and DVD player, and full-width sliding patio doors that lead onto a substantial balcony fitted with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The apartment sleeps 5 across three bedrooms on the first floor: a 4'6" double with a TV and estuary views, a twin room, and a single, also with estuary views. A first-floor bathroom has a bath, shower over, WC, basin and shaver point, with an additional cloakroom WC nearby. On the ground floor, a utility and shower room has a shower cubicle, sink, washer/dryer and storage.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, and bed linen and bath towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own beach towels. WiFi is available throughout, and the apartment is strictly no smoking.

One well-behaved dog is accepted.
