2 North Crest House

2 North Crest House is a two-storey mid-terrace house set above Salcombe, reached from a shared garden at the front. A hallway leads up a flight of stairs to a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, then on to a landing with a dining table for four. The fitted kitchen looks out across the town towards Batson Creek and the Salcombe estuary, and double doors open into a lounge with sofas and a coal-effect gas fire.

A further flight of stairs leads to the two bedrooms and a second family bathroom with a shower cubicle. The king-size main bedroom has drawers and a hanging rail, and the second bedroom has two single beds plus a day bed that can serve as a sofa or a third bed on request, taking the property up to 5 guests in total.

The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge freezer, and the lounge has a Smart TV alongside the gas fire. WiFi covers the house and gas-fired central heating runs throughout. Private parking for one car is provided nearby, about a three-minute walk away, with loading and unloading directly outside the property.

The house is strictly no smoking or candles inside, and all duvets, bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. No pets are permitted. Note that the main bed has a feather duvet, worth knowing ahead of a stay if anyone in your group has an allergy.
