12 Combehaven

12 Combehaven is a first-floor apartment within the resort town of Salcombe, with views over the rooftops towards the Kingsbridge Estuary. The living room has a gas fire and a separate dining room, and the apartment sleeps 5 across two bedrooms.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower room and opens onto a balcony, a spot for a morning cup of tea. The twin bedroom can be made into a super king on request and has an additional trundle bed, suitable for under-12s, with a second shower room close by.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus two TVs, WiFi and a Tassimo coffee maker. A cot and highchair are available on request, and fuel and power are included in the rent along with bed linen and towels, though guests need to bring beach towels.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, one outside the building and one in a separate undercover space. No pets are allowed, and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles, with Salcombe's waterfront and the North Sands and South Sands beaches all within easy reach on foot.
