15 Beadon Road

15 Beadon Road is a reverse-level house in Salcombe, with a cloakroom and a ground-floor king-size bedroom as you enter. The house sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and one bathroom, with front, side and rear gardens on a sloping plot reached by steps down to the lawn. Salcombe itself was once a major port and remains a popular base for walkers and families.

Upstairs, the sitting and dining room has a woodburning stove, countryside views and a DVD player for film nights, plus a dining area for board games or family meals. A second king-size bedroom and a room with a day bed complete the sleeping space, the day bed room looking out over the garden.

The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Electric central heating covers the house, and WiFi and bed linen are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome at 15 Beadon Road, with plenty of outdoor space for them in the garden, though smoking is not permitted. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, the shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.7 miles. Salcombe North Sands beach and the South West Coast Path are both within reach for a day out.
