4 Glenthorne House is an all-ground-floor apartment in the South Hams district of Salcombe, with a decked balcony looking across the town to the estuary. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has a gas fire, and the apartment sleeps 5 across two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own access to the balcony, while the second bedroom is a twin with an additional trundle bed and an en-suite walk-in shower room; the twin beds can be zip-linked into a super king on request. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there's a TV and WiFi throughout. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and one off-road parking space sits next to the property, though electric car charging is not currently available. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 0.3 miles away with the pub around 0.2 miles. Salcombe's waterfront, the harbourside shops and the Gin bar on Island Street are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
