Upper Longlands

Upper Longlands is a three-storey semi-detached house in Dawlish, reached by steps up from the parking area, with sea views across the town's rooftops from its elevated position. A carpeted hallway leads to a cloakroom, then on to a shaker-style kitchen/diner with an extendable dining table and direct access to the garden.

Down a spiral staircase, the ground-floor games room has a pool table, alongside a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Back on the first floor, the sitting room has sofas, an electric fire and a Smart TV, with doors onto a balcony overlooking the town and sea.

Three bedrooms sit on the second floor: a twin with built-in storage, a double, and a king-size with sea views, fitted wardrobes and a desk. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the bedrooms. The house sleeps 6, and there are numerous steps to the property plus a narrow spiral staircase down to the games room.

The range cooker has an electric oven and gas hob, with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and WiFi. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars alongside a double garage, and two well-behaved pets are welcome. The enclosed rear garden has a patio and a picnic bench.
