Old Town House

Old Town House is a three-storey cottage in the seaside town of Dawlish, with a designated parking space and a walled courtyard. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, and being an old building, the staircase is narrow and spiral, worth knowing if anyone in your group finds stairs difficult. The property only takes bookings from adults over 25 unless part of a family group.

The ground floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, a table-top freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and wine cooler, and the sitting area has a TV with Sky and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The first floor holds a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a truckle bed, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The second floor is a king-size bedroom on its own, with exposed beams and plenty of storage.

Outside, a walled courtyard has benches for sitting out, and off-road parking for one car is reached through a mews with a 2-metre height restriction. Old Town House does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.6 miles, with restaurants such as Rock'n'Sole for fish and chips within walking distance.
