Coastal Haven

This three-bedroom retreat in Dawlish accommodates up to six guests and welcomes two dogs. Pay-and-display parking is less than 200 metres from the property, with pubs, restaurants and shops within the same short walk. The beach is around half a mile away on foot.

The ground floor holds a sitting room with comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and a wood burner, alongside a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. A breakfast bar suits smaller meals, while a separate dining room handles fuller gatherings.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with a vanity area and storage, and a bunk bedroom. A family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC serves all three rooms, and there is an additional outside WC to the rear of the property.

Behind the house, an enclosed tiered garden features artificial grass and a raised decking area beneath a pergola, furnished with bistro-style table and chairs for morning coffees or evening meals. Four small steps connect the garden levels, so it is worth bearing this in mind. A travel cot and highchair are available, and smoking is not permitted inside the property.
