Sail Loft

Sail Loft is a semi-detached house in a quiet, gated estate on the edge of Dawlish, with a shaded path down to the estate's secluded beach. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, sea views and an en-suite wet room, while a king-size room and a second super-king-size room, which can be set up as a twin on request, share the main bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has bi-fold doors onto an enclosed front patio.

The kitchen has double electric ovens, an induction hob, microwave, two fridges, a Quooker tap for instant hot and cold water, and a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the utility area. Gas central heating with underfloor heating covers the house, and there's a TV with Sky Sports and Disney, plus WiFi.

No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. One car can use the private parking space, and there's an EV charging point on site for an extra charge. A glass balustrade in the property means travel stair gates cannot be fitted, and only 7-night bookings are accepted in July and August.
