Manor Farm Holiday Cottage

Manor Farm Holiday Cottage sits beside the main farmhouse in the village of Holcombe, sleeping six across three bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a twin, each with distant sea views. One family bathroom serves the cottage, fitted with a shower over the bath. Two steps lead down from the entrance hall to a generous kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air-fryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A highchair and travel cot are available, though you will need to bring your own cot linen.

The working farm sets the rhythm here: sheep graze in the surrounding fields, chickens occupy the yard, and lambs appear in spring. A footpath and byway run along the farm boundary, well suited to daily walks with countryside and sea-air views. Dogs are welcome year-round but must be kept on leads in the parking area and at the front of the property; up to six dogs are accepted, with additional charges that may apply.

The fully enclosed rear garden has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, with steps leading up from the entrance hall directly into it. Ample off-road parking is provided on site. The Castle pub is 200 metres away, and Holcombe Beach, where dogs are permitted year-round, is a 600-metre downhill walk with a seasonal kiosk open March to October. Dawlish and Teignmouth are both around 1.5 miles away, served by a bus stop 0.3 miles from the cottage and train stations in each town.

Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. CCTV covers the yard and driveways. The cottage has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, and towels are included.
