Upper 3

Upper 3 occupies the upper floors of a duplex conversion in Dartmouth town centre, reached by a flight of stairs from the ground floor and arranged over three storeys above that entrance. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the shop and pub both around 0.1 miles away and the beach roughly 1.7 miles off.

The first floor holds the kitchen and a living/dining room, with WiFi and a Smart TV in the sitting area. A twin bedroom and a double bedroom share the second floor along with a shower room that has a heated towel rail. A further flight of stairs leads up to the king-size bedroom on the third floor, which has sloped ceilings, skylights and its own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dishwasher handles the washing up, and gas central heating covers the apartment with fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also provided, and the apartment is accessed via a set of stairs from the ground floor, worth planning around for anyone who finds steps difficult.

Upper 3 does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted inside. Guests get one parking permit for a local car park, useful given how central the address is. With shop and pub roughly 0.1 miles from the door, it suits a group who wants Dartmouth's harbour and shops within easy walking distance.
