Ty'r Ddraig

Ty'r Ddraig is a four-storey house in an elevated position over the River Dart in Dartmouth, close to the beach and set over three main floors plus an external annex. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with a furnished balcony off the dining room looking over the water.

The lower ground floor holds the kitchen and a dining room with balcony, along with a ground-floor shower room off the sitting room, which has a gas fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a separate fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, plus two Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout.

On the first floor, a king-size bedroom has a Juliet balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower room, and a twin bedroom takes an additional single futon if requested at least two weeks before arrival, both served by a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. The third bedroom is reached externally, with its own king-size bed, tea and coffee facilities and en-suite shower room.

Outside, a multilevel garden has terraces, a lawn and furniture for dining outdoors. Ty'r Ddraig welcomes one medium dog, or two small well-behaved dogs. Smoking is not permitted, and access along Above Town has a 6 foot width restriction worth checking before you book. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles.
