Two Hoots

Two Hoots sits on the edge of Thurlestone, a refurbished four-bedroom cottage with country field views from the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a dining table set against floor-to-ceiling windows.

A twin room and a super king-size bedroom share the ground floor with the living space, connected by a Jack-and-Jill shower room with two basins. Downstairs again is a snug with a corner sofa and a wood burner. Upstairs, two further super king-size bedrooms each have their own en-suite, the master with a bath, and both open through patio doors onto decked balconies with sea views.

The kitchen has two electric ovens, an electric hob, an American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus two Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. A stair gate, travel cot and highchair are kept at the property, and electric car charging is available for an extra weekly charge, though it plugs into the property rather than offering a fast charge.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a patio, decking and furniture, with a charcoal barbecue for evening meals. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a weekly charge per dog. Parking is ample and off-road, the shop and pub are within easy walking distance, and the property is strictly no smoking.
