Homefield House

Homefield House sits in a private cul-de-sac in the centre of Thurlestone village, a few yards from the Village Inn pub and the stores and post office, with the 18-hole links golf course around a quarter of a mile away. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and has an L-shaped lounge with a feature open fireplace and double sofas, though logs are not provided for it.

The ground floor holds the master bedroom, with a super king-size bed, a walk-in dressing area and a large en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower, two wash-hand basins and WC. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: a double with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom with bath and hand-held shower.

The country-style kitchen has a dining table for eight and a full range of appliances, including a four-ring gas hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher and microwave, with a separate utility room for the washing machine and tumble dryer. Double French doors lead from the lounge to a terrace with wooden patio furniture and on to a mature, good-sized garden.

Off-road parking is provided for up to 4 cars and a boat trailer, and WiFi is included. Pets are not accepted, and a returnable bond applies. Smoking is not permitted.
