10 Thurlestone Rock

10 Thurlestone Rock is a first-floor apartment in a development of marine apartments on the edge of Thurlestone Sands, overlooking Thurlestone towards Bigbury Bay. Sea views reach the living room, the master bedroom and the furnished balcony, and the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room has a breakfast bar for two plus a dining table for six.

The apartment sleeps up to 6, suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The king-size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a power shower, heated towel rail and WC; the second bedroom is a twin room; and the third, smaller bedroom has full-size bunk beds for children only. A family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail serves the other two bedrooms.

The kitchen has an electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a Smart TV and WiFi in the living area. A separate utility room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Guests also have access to a communal patio with a barbecue facility and sun deck, plus exclusive use of an outdoor heated swimming pool through the summer season. Barbecues are not permitted on the apartment's own balcony.

One car has an allocated parking space, with additional visitor spaces nearby. Reaching the apartment involves two flights of steps down to the building and a further three flights up to number 10, around 30 steps in total. 10 Thurlestone Rock does not accept pets, and is strictly no smoking.
