2 Ocean's Edge

2 Ocean's Edge is a ground-floor apartment in a development right on the water's edge near Thurlestone, a short walk from Thurlestone Sands and the South West Coast Path. Views reach out to sea towards Burgh Island and Bigbury Bay, as well as over the shared pool and surrounding countryside, and large French doors open the living area onto a furnished terrace with a table and chairs for six.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The king-size master has its own en-suite shower room, the twin room has two single beds and its own en-suite shower room, and the third bedroom has a double bed, served by a separate family bathroom. A utility cupboard off the kitchen houses a washer/dryer.

The kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, and the living area has a Smart TV, DVD player, Roberts radio and Bluetooth speaker, with a further TV and DVD player in the twin bedroom. Underfloor heating runs through every room, and wireless broadband is available throughout.

The shared heated swimming pool and gardens are usually open from Whitsun week to around mid-September, weather dependent. Allocated parking covers one car, with additional visitor bays nearby. 2 Ocean's Edge does not accept pets, and is strictly no smoking.
