Sea Peep

Sea Peep is a detached house in a small development of new homes within walking distance of Thurlestone, with countryside views across the surrounding fields. Steps lead down from the entrance to the main living area, with a log fireplace and patio doors opening onto the garden, and a ground source geothermal system runs underfloor heating throughout.

The house sleeps 8 across four en-suite bedrooms: three are on the ground floor, including the master with a king-size bed, dressing table and a large en-suite bathroom, plus two further king-size double rooms. The fourth bedroom, a twin room, is on the first floor with its own en-suite and a glazed balcony. A separate WC serves the ground floor.

The kitchen has marble worktops, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large breakfast bar, and the dining area seats eight. An upper sitting room has splendid views and is a good spot to relax, and a separate living area has table football for children. TVs run on Sky, and there is a music system and WiFi throughout.

Outside, a terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers looks over a well-kept lawn, and children should be supervised in the garden at all times. Off-road parking is provided on a large private drive for up to four cars and a boat trailer, and the coastal village of Thurlestone with its golf course and beaches is a short walk away. No pets are permitted, and the house is strictly no smoking.
