This reverse-level property in Appledore sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms, all arranged on the ground floor. A couple of steps lead up to the entrance. Two king-size bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom also has its own en-suite, and the second twin shares use of a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Every bedroom has its own television.

A short flight of five steps takes you up to the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, where a floor-to-ceiling window frames views over the river towards Instow. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, plus an island with breakfast bar seating and a separate dining table for the full party. The lounge has a wall-mounted electric fire effect and a Smart TV. A utility cupboard off the ground-floor hallway houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, an enclosed garden opens from both the hallway and kitchen, with a raised decked patio, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. A private hot tub sits on the patio, and steps lead down to a lawned area. The garage doubles as a games room with a small pool table and space to store bikes or surfboards, and includes electric vehicle charging. Off-road parking is available for three cars.

Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests. Shops, pubs and restaurants in the village are within easy walking distance, and the beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive away. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
