Fairways - Appledore

This single-storey property is located in Appledore, within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. A couple of steps lead up to the entrance, beyond which the accommodation is arranged along one level. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with a floor-to-ceiling window bringing in plenty of light and a Smart TV for evenings in.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, and the lounge area has underfloor heating. All four bedrooms have their own TV, and two of the king-size rooms come with en-suite facilities: one with a shower room and WC, the other with a wet room and WC. A further family bathroom serves the twin and super-king rooms.

At the end of the hallway a converted garage houses the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus surf board racks, and doubles as a home cinema with ten seats and a 75-inch Smart TV. Outside, the garden wraps around the property and is enclosed, with a lawn, a decked seating area and a private hot tub.

Off-road parking is available for two to three cars, and internet access is provided. Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, making this a practical option for family groups.
