The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area sits on the middle level, with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a balcony making the most of the sea outlook, alongside a Smart TV and a dining table seating eight.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Three bathrooms cover the four bedrooms: a shower room on the entrance floor, an en-suite shower room off the king bedroom on the middle floor, and an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing stone bath, separate shower, WC and dressing room off the top-floor master suite. A utility area in the garage has a washer/dryer and basin, useful for rinsing off after the beach.

Outside there is a small patio to the front of the house for morning coffee and a larger terrace off the master bedroom with table and chairs, both taking in the sea views. Off-road parking for one car is available in the garage, which has electric sectional doors, with further parking for a second car on the road in front. Bicycle storage is also available.
