Treetops - Welcombe

Treetops is a single-storey bungalow in Welcombe, sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms: a king, a double, and a twin. Everything sits on one level, from the bedrooms and family bathroom through to the kitchen, lounge, and utility space, which makes the layout practical for mixed-age groups. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges potentially applying.

The kitchen/diner comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room alongside holds a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer, handy after a muddy day on the coast path. In the lounge, a Smart TV and a large garden-facing window make for a comfortable evening in. A highchair is available at the property, and a travel cot can be arranged on request.

Outside, a partially enclosed garden combines a decking area with a lawn, and the outdoor seating is set up for eating outside when the weather cooperates. Private parking for two cars is on site. A pub is around one mile away, with the nearest beach approximately 2.5 miles and the closest shop roughly five miles out.

Welcombe Mouth beach lies about 1.3 miles away, sitting on the Hartland Heritage Coast where the clifftop walking is some of the most dramatic in the South West. Hartland Quay is around 6.5 miles, and Bude, with sandy beaches and surf schools, is approximately 12 miles from the property.
