Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is a single-storey cottage in Welcombe, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together in one room, with everything arranged on the ground floor for easy, level living during a stay.

The double bedroom and twin bedroom sit off the main living space, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC. A travel cot is available for younger guests, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent, so there is little to pack beyond the essentials.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an icebox, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus a kettle and toaster for everyday meals. Electric central heating covers the cottage, and a TV and WiFi are provided for evenings in. Sea Breeze takes one well-behaved dog.

Outside there is a lawned garden, a pleasant spot to sit out after a day on the coast, and designated off-road parking for one car. A pub is about 0.1 miles away, a shop around 6 miles, and the beach, a lake and a river are all roughly a mile from the door. The property is no smoking, and check-in here is on Saturdays only.
