Tor

Tor is a first-floor, studio-style apartment in Kingsteignton, with the kitchen, dining space and sitting area sharing one open room. An armchair and TV suit a quiet evening in, and the dining area seats two for meals cooked in the kitchen's oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, all provided for guests to use.

The apartment sleeps 2, with a single super-king-size bed that converts to twin beds on request, so the layout can flex between a couple's stay and two friends travelling together. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Designated off-road parking is provided, WiFi and a TV cover the apartment throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond luggage and a good book.

Tor takes one well-behaved pet for a fee, payable on arrival. The building's leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for maintenance until January 2027, so factor that in before booking. Bookings run to a minimum of 2 nights, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The shop is 0.6 miles away, the pub 0.7 miles, with a lake 0.9 miles off and a river and canal 0.4 miles away.
