Mallard

Mallard is a first-floor apartment in Kingsteignton, with an open-plan living area combining the kitchen, dining space and sitting room. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and the sitting area has a TV for evenings in after a day out exploring the surrounding area.

A separate bedroom holds a super-king-size bed that converts to twin beds on request, with its own TV for late mornings spent in bed. The apartment sleeps 2, and the adjoining bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Designated off-road parking is provided, WiFi covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, leaving little to bring beyond luggage and a good book.

Mallard takes one well-behaved pet for a fee, payable on arrival. The building's leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for maintenance until January 2027, so factor that in before booking. Bookings run to a minimum of 2 nights, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.6 miles away, the pub 0.7 miles, with a lake 0.9 miles off and a river and canal 0.4 miles away.
