Goldfinch

Goldfinch is a first-floor apartment in Kingsteignton, reached through its own external entrance with a dedicated reception where keys are collected rather than left in a key safe. It sleeps 2 in a single bedroom, a compact, self-contained base for a couple visiting the Teign Estuary area of South Devon.

The bedroom is fitted with a super-king-size zip/link bed that splits into twins on request, plus its own TV. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Living space is open-plan, combining the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a second TV. The kitchen runs to an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. WiFi covers the flat, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Designated off-road parking is provided, and Goldfinch takes one well-behaved pet for a fee per stay, payable on arrival.

Bookings run to a minimum of 2 nights and the apartment is strictly no smoking. The building's on-site leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for essential maintenance until 1 January 2027. A shop is 0.6 miles away, a pub 0.7 miles, and the river and canal 0.4 miles.
