Kestrel

Kestrel sleeps 2 in a single bedroom, making it a first-floor apartment built for a couple's stay in Kingsteignton rather than a family group. The building has its own external entrance and a dedicated reception for keys, with no key safe involved.

The bedroom's super-king-size bed is a zip/link that can be arranged as twins on request, and it has a TV of its own for quiet evenings in. Along the hall, the bathroom holds a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

The rest of the apartment is open-plan: kitchen, dining area and sitting room together, with a second TV and WiFi throughout. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. There's designated off-road parking, and one well-behaved pet is welcome for a fee per stay, payable on arrival.

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies and the apartment is strictly no smoking. On-site facilities in the building, including the leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool, are closed for essential maintenance until 1 January 2027. A shop is 0.6 miles, a pub 0.7 miles, and the river and canal 0.4 miles from the door.
