Moorland

Moorland welcomes one well-behaved pet for a fee per stay, payable on arrival, and comes with its own designated off-road parking space, making it a practical choice for a couple travelling with a dog to Kingsteignton. It is a first-floor apartment, entered through the building's own external door with a dedicated reception for keys.

The apartment sleeps 2 in a single bedroom, where a super-king-size zip/link bed can be split into twins on request, and there's a TV in the room itself. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one open-plan room, with a second TV and WiFi throughout. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Stays run to a minimum of 2 nights and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The building's on-site leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for essential maintenance until 1 January 2027, so plan on the flat itself rather than those extras. A shop sits 0.6 miles away, a pub 0.7 miles, and the river and canal 0.4 miles.
