Chaffinch

Designated off-road parking comes with Chaffinch, a first-floor apartment in Kingsteignton reached through the building's own external entrance and a dedicated reception for keys. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside, and a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.

The apartment sleeps 2 in a single bedroom, fitted with a super-king-size zip/link bed that splits into twins on request, plus its own TV. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC.

Kitchen, dining space and sitting room form one open-plan layout, with a second TV and WiFi throughout. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome at Chaffinch for a fee per stay, payable on arrival.

The building's on-site leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for essential maintenance until 1 January 2027, so treat the apartment itself as the main draw for now. A shop is 0.6 miles away, a pub 0.7 miles, and the river and canal 0.4 miles. Newton Abbot is 1.9 miles from Kingsteignton, with Teignmouth around 5 miles and Torquay 9.1 miles further along the coast.
