Hamnavoe

Hamnavoe is a duplex, reverse-level apartment in Stoke Fleming, with a sea view to the front. The village has a shop, a pub and a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both on the ground floor.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, plus a TV, and there's a twin bedroom alongside. A further ground-floor bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. Steps lead down to the entrance, which may not suit guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, the open-plan living space takes in the sea view, with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and plenty of seating, plus a balcony for morning coffee. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two TVs, a DVD player, WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker are also provided.

Hamnavoe does not accept pets, and there's no availability for children under 8. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and an enclosed courtyard has furniture, alongside a further communal garden area for outdoor meals. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach is around 0.6 miles. Smoking is not permitted, and gas central heating runs throughout.
