Seaspray

Seaspray is a first-floor apartment in the Ocean Breeze development in the village of Stoke Fleming, reached through a secure gated entrance and an internal staircase from the allocated parking space. Far-reaching sea views run through the open-plan living area, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table set for four.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, while the single room has a trundle bed and its own Smart TV, useful for a solo guest or a child. A second bathroom serves the rest of the apartment, with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the living area has two TVs, including one with SkyQ and a BluRay player, plus WiFi. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent, so guests can arrive and settle in straight away.

Outside, access to a communal lawned garden gives room to sit outside once the day's exploring is done. Sorry, no pets are allowed at Seaspray and smoking is strictly not permitted. The village shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles, and the beach 1.1 miles, with allocated off-road parking for one car provided at the development.
