Top Storey

Top Storey is a split-level apartment on the top floor of a period building in Dartmouth, reached by two flights of metal stairs, so it's worth taking care on the way up. Sloping ceilings and exposed beams run through the rooms, in keeping with the building's age, and the location puts the market square and the waterfront within easy reach.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a corner bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and the twin bedroom has an identical en-suite. A children's bunk room completes the three bedrooms. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with a dining area that takes in views across the rooftops.

The top-floor sitting room is the main gathering space, with varied seating, a Smart TV and a day bed, and steps out onto a balcony furnished with a patio set, looking out across Dartmouth and towards the river. Central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Permit parking is provided for one car, and the shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, close enough that a car isn't needed for everyday errands. Top Storey does not accept pets or smoking, and a housekeeping bond applies to the booking.
