Tides Door

Tides Door is a three-storey duplex apartment on Dartmouth's high street, a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Dartmouth. The first-floor open-plan living space holds a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining table and a separate sitting room, with a breakfast bar for a lighter start to the day.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The second floor has a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower room, plus a bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. On the third floor, a further bedroom has a super-king-size bed, which can be made up as a twin on request with two weeks' notice, and an electric Velux window for extra light.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and five Smart TVs are spread across the apartment alongside WiFi. Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent. Outside, a rear courtyard is useful for storing bikes or paddleboards.

An annual parking permit for one car covers Mayors Avenue Car Park, though it is restricted to the hours of 3pm to 10am between 25 May and 1 September, with no restriction the rest of the year, and the car park closes entirely during Regatta Week. Tides Door takes no pets and is strictly no smoking, and the shop and pub are 0.1 miles away.
