The lounge/diner has a Smart TV and a wood burner, with double french doors opening onto the garden. A downstairs WC sits off the hallway, while upstairs the king-size master bedroom and twin room share a walk-in shower room.

Outside there is a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, enclosed and backing onto a gate that leads directly onto the North Devon Coast Path. Off-road parking for one car is provided to the front, along with on-site electric vehicle charging. Two kayaks and two bikes can be arranged directly with the owner for guests keen to get out onto the water or trail.

Up to three dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and bed linen and towels are included.
