This cottage sits adjacent to the owner's home in a residential setting overlooking the River Torridge, within Bideford. Sleeping four across three bedrooms, it suits couples or small families wanting private outdoor space with river views close to the estuary.

Inside, an entrance hall leads to a shower room with WC, a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, and a lounge with a Smart TV, music system and smart speaker. French doors open from the lounge to the garden. Upstairs, the super-king-size master bedroom has a Freeview TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC, with views across the garden to the river. A small double and a single bedroom share a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, a large lawned garden and raised patio make the most of the river outlook, with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue provided. A private hot tub is set up to take in the same views. The garden is not enclosed and has some sudden drops, so children must be supervised at all times.

Private parking is available for two cars, with electric vehicle charging on site. Up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying and supervision required in the garden. Pubs and shops are within a mile and the beach around two miles away.
