Thornberry sits on a main road above Salcombe, a dormer bungalow with a private driveway for four cars and a handrail on the steps up to the front door. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, split between the ground and first floors, with an EV charger available at an extra charge.

Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size and a twin, each within reach of a ground-floor shower room. Upstairs, a further king-size bedroom has its own Smart TV, and a twin bedroom has limited headroom under the sloping ceiling. A separate bathroom with bath and a cloakroom complete the sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a neighbouring utility room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The sitting room has a TV with Freeview and a cupboard of games and books, and a highchair is available. Outside, an enclosed, multi-level rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture across several levels.

Thornberry does not take pets, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and the beach 1.2 miles. Ramped access leads to the rear garden, but the steps to the exterior and the property's position on a main road are worth noting for anyone in your group with limited mobility.
