The Wren

This cottage sits near Higher Clovelly, a short drive from the coast, and sleeps two guests in a single king-size bedroom. The upstairs room is finished with an original beam across the ceiling and leads into an en-suite shower room fitted with a rainfall shower.

Downstairs, an open-plan lounge and dining room connects to a modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. A television with DVD player is provided in the living space, and internet access is available throughout the stay.

Outside, guests have use of a small private courtyard across the yard at the front of the property, enclosed and furnished with space for a barbecue. Beyond the cottage itself, access is given to the owners' eight acres of grounds, including a small lake. The lake is unfenced, so guests should take care when walking near it.

Ample off-road parking is available on site. Please note this cottage does not accept children or infants, and dogs are not permitted. CCTV operates to monitor the owners' adjoining property, partially covering the parking area. The beach, pubs and shops are within a few miles' drive, making this a quiet, self-contained base close to the coastline.
