The Workshop

This contemporary studio sits near High Bickington, within easy reach of North Devon's beaches and countryside. Saunton and Croyde lie 16 miles away, and the village itself is a level walk from the property, with a couple of pubs and a community shop roughly a mile distant. The Tarka Trail runs through the surrounding landscape, well used by walkers and cyclists.

The open-plan living space combines lounge, kitchen, dining and sleeping areas under efficient underfloor heating. A wood burner anchors the lounge, where comfortable sofas face a Smart TV. The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A super-king-size bed occupies the sleeping zone, with a large wet room shower and WC directly adjacent.

Outside, you will find a seating area with a BBQ and a fire pit. A shared utility room on site houses a washing machine for laundry. Fields adjoining the property provide space for walking dogs, and up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Robes are provided, and supermarket deliveries can be arranged.

Arrival is from 16:30 and departure before 10:00. The first basket of logs for the wood burner is included in your stay; further baskets are available to purchase on site. Electric vehicle charging is available on the property.
