The Threshing Barn On Dartmoor

The Threshing Barn On Dartmoor is a single-level suite forming part of a larger converted property in Yelverton, near Tavistock. It sleeps two guests in one bedroom, with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as a twin if requested in advance.

Inside, exposed beams and walls run through the dining area, kitchen and lounge, which opens from the entrance hall. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge freezer, and the lounge has a sofa, armchair and a smart TV with DVD player. Across the hall, the bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC.

Outside there is a private garden for guests to use, though dogs are not permitted in this space; two dogs are welcome to stay in the property itself, with additional charges applying, and can be walked on nearby lanes leading to a field. Off-road parking is provided for one car, along with storage for bikes. A pub and shop are within half a mile.

This suite is on one level but is not suitable for wheelchair users, owing to the size and access of the property; anyone with specific mobility requirements should ask before booking. Wifi is available throughout, and a welcome pack and towels are provided for arriving guests, who can check in from 4pm and should depart by 10am.
